CrossFit Mildenhall affiliated in 2009 and is dedicated to bringing quality, safe, and effective fitness to all members of the RAF Mildenhall, Lakenheath, and surrounding communities. We believe that functional fitness and a healthy lifestyle will prepare you for anything that life throws at you; whether it's playing with your kids, deployments, or bear wrestling. If you can get on base, you're welcome to join our community of friends. Just bring a good attitude and we'll do the rest!
