Rest 1 minute between efforts

Meet at CFMHQ 0600.  Elements class at CFMHQ at 0700.  Post weights to comments.

  2. Kim, those are barbell floor presses. Just like the Bench Press -- but with a limited range of motion.

    You can stack weights as a substitute for the Squat Rack. Questions?
