WOD - 20101017

For time:
100 Pull-ups/75 Ring Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Meet at the Hardstand at 0600.  Warm up however you like, post time to comments.

  1. just to readdress the question posed about changing the class schedule

    here is what needs to be discussed...neither a 3-1 or 5-2 I think people need to consider a M,T,Th,F with Wed being a skill day and an optional WOD on the weekends. We would do a core lift every day of the week and then a short WOD after with 1 long WOD a week, prolly on Friday. The point of that process would be to fix the strength problem most people have...the weakness that most members struggle with from my experience and observations is the strength need to do the different exercise...i think that should be a bigger focus with the lifting program that is a little more intense and not so much 1 rep max...more in the 3x5 range at a 90% with a 2.5-5% increase each weak....just my thought and experience from other CF gyms...i still wont be attending as often for work reasons but i think this would set everyone up for success better...especially if people are interested in competing because if you have been paying attention the WODs arent change much the weights just keep going up....just my thoughts, and the new gym rocks!

  2. Another friendly reminder, I've got an awesome surprise for everyone just in time for Christmas. I'm hoping to make it Saturday to do a WOD with you all and I'll have a small Christmas Gift to gie you all. I'm hoping Saturdays WOD will be at that new place as well. Hope to see everyone then.
