WOD - 20101202

It was fun while it lasted :-(
Run

Warm up with 3 minutes of double unders, 30 squats, and 30 walking lunges then run four sets of five laps of the Hardstand track with three minute rest in between.  If you can't make it to the Hardstand, use 800m for the five laps.  Meet at the Hardstand (upstairs) and be warmed up and ready to run at 0600.  Post times for each effort to comments.
