Clean (135lb/95lbs)
Toes to Bar

Squat clean is standard.

W2S - ME Bench Press

  3. 14:49 @ 75 lbs...I agree, this was a hard one, especially when you can't drop the weights...I tried to take it a easier too because I strained my back last time doing cleans...what I get not having Chief around to yell at me to keep my back tight :)

    W2S: 110 lbs...stopped there since I didn't have a spot...didn't want to drop it on myself :)
