800m sprints (5 laps at Hardstand)

Rest 3 min

Try to stay within 5-10s of your previous run.


Meet at Hardstand Gym.

0600 - Get warmed up and ready for 1st run @ 0610

1630 - Meet at Hardstand unless otherwise posted.


Post times and comments...please, not all at once!

  1. Forgot my actual total time...and my runs were WAY scaled down. (I'll get to 800 meters, eventually...just need some conditioning to get there.)

    First two sets - 1.5 laps each, each around 1:30
    Last three sets - 1 lap each, each 45 seconds.

    Just remember...breathing heavy is OOOD; Gasping for air is BAD.
