Warm-Up
Run
10-15 min of your favorite MWODs,

then, 3..2..1..go!


WOD
"Cindy" on Wheels!

20min AMRAP

5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
and yup, a tire pull/drag with 1/2 your body weight!

CFMHQ @ 0600 and 1645

  2. 9 rounds even but i did sit ups instead of squats, hurting in the quads pretty bad still and now it's moving down to the calves for some reason.

    and i miss you too Jess!

  3. 8 rounds plus 5 pull-ups and 10 pushups

    used purple plus small tan band for pullups

    did regular pushups for 6 rounds then went on knees.

    60lb tire drag
