Here's a littel advice, you do not wanna hammer out Chelsea one day and jump on a 9 hour plane ride the next...talk about stiff!

We'll meet at the Mildy track at 0900 on Sunday morning, if you have KB's of the Rx'd weights, please bring them. If you feel you'll need to scale and wanna bring a smaller bell, that's cool, but let's try to knock this out as Rx'd for most people. I hope we get a decent group out there...if it's raining, i'll still be there...i'd rather deal with pull ups in the rain than the dreaded treadmill.
