  1. Having the run in this wod kicked my butt so I am not going to post my time!:) Lets me know that I seriously have to work on speeding up my runs! Justice you did awesome, Kelly and Toni you guys (gals) too!

  2. not too bad...doing a cleanse though and energy levels not as good as normal...still did a 17:23...runs definitely hurt...first one was about 2 mins...others not sure but weren't any slower...all dubs were broken though not badly...sit-ups were abmat...soles of feet together, unanchored
