Every minute, on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
Every minute, on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete. Just finish the round, wait for the next minute to start, and keep track of how many you get done.

ReplyDelete29 rounds. Push ups were feeling ugly toward the end so they couldn't have looked any better then they felt. I need to work on those.
