Burpee Amnesty Day!
Spend the day making up for all the burpees you've missed in the 100 Day Burpee Challenge. If you haven't missed any days, then do your 30 and rest...after you rest for a couple hours, try 100 burpees for time.
W2S - DE Close Grip Bench Press - 8 sets of 3 with 45 seconds rest at 60% of your 1RM.
CFMHQ Gym is closed tomorrow for inventory and stuff...enjoy your burpees!

ReplyDeletemade up my 23 burpees + todays 30. Assembled Last GHD. was bored so I decided to slam the 40lb slam ball 30 times. I dont think I ever want to do that again.
