Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

 
Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

  3. I wasn't sure if anyone was showing up to open the door so I stayed home. I'm back to work tonight so I won't be able to to make it over to workout with all for a bit. I hope to see you all again soon. Keep hitting those WOD's hard!!!
