WOD - 20110416


CrossFit Games Open 11.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups

Meet at CFMHQ at 0900...i'll stay as long as need be to get everyone done.  If you can't make it at this time, please message me and we'll set something up.

    20 hoppy burpees, 10 OHS at 65lbs, 5 kipping pull ups

    Twice. Good thing I'm not competing...
