  1. 52,63,73,83 BUT with all TERRIBLE form because I was afraid I hurt my shoulder. So, I just did light weight to practice form and I still had terrible form. So I did'nt continue.

  3. 135, 155, 175, 195F, 185, 185, 185, 185, my back was giving me a bit of an issue otherwise 195 would have been do-able. Next time hopefully.

  7. There IS cert guys there...My hurt shoulder was'nt from bad form. My hurt shoulder is from swimming and a reaccuring rotator injury. It does'nt have to do with form at all. I had bad form from my hurt shoulder.
