    I encourage everyone to get a handy notebook to start keeping track of numbers and times, especially for lifts. This will help you to be able to look back and know what your max efforts are or what you might have used for your last session so we can keep you progressing.

  4. 155lb. OHS. First time ever doing them.. 200+ next time is the Goal. Surprise WOD was kickass!

    Surprise WOD was a killer. I don't have individual times but the whole thing took 13:30 with strict 1 min breaks. Each round average just under 2 min.
