WOD - 20110829

Three Angles of the Squat

1RM Back Squat
Take 20min to find your one repetition maximum back squat

Followed by-

AMRAP in 9 minutes of :
50 Double-Unders
25 Burpees

CFMHQ
0600 - Doors open at 0550
1630 - Doors open a little earlier.
