WOD 20110825


"Chelsea"

5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, and 15 Squats every minute on the minute.

Continue for 30 minutes. If you fall behind the clock...DON'T STOP...continue for 30 minutes and count how many rounds you can complete.

If you have completed this before then add +1 rep to each exercise. i.e. 6 Pull-ups, 11 Push-ups, 16 Squats each minute.

BIG CHANGE: Everyone who is doing this WOD meet at the Hardstand Gym (Big Gym) at 0600 or 1630.
