10 L Pull Ups
20 Kettlebell Swings (32kg/24kg)
30 Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)
If you can't perform L Pull ups, substitute one regular pull up and one knees to elbows for every L pull.

Chief, I'm more than willing to help out in any way I can, coaching, etc. My schedule is very tough to work around so i'm not able to commit to any set times but would love to jump in and help with a class when my schedule allows. I currently work a 4 on 2 off which means every week I have different days off. I also work from 6 to 1800 which makes it hard for me to get away from work due to our shop being under manned. I have trouble getting away just to workout myself. with all that being said I will try and make classes when possible and help out. I'm thinking once we establish a good amount of new folks we should try and do a fundamentals class on a weekend and teach the basics. Just an idea I got from CrossFit Ramstein. Hi Chief! I pcs in a few months but want to take advantage of any classes being offered. I normally do a wod around 10:30 so if you held a class @ 11:00 that would be ideal. Thanks for all that you have done to get this going for Mildenhall! Enjoy the rest of your vacation and see you soon!
