    After yesterday the back got pretty tight after round 1. I think I can rule this one next time. I really wanted sub 20 and had about 6 minutes after round 1 and fell apart.

  6. I did this workout in the lakenheath mommy gym, on a treadmill, Heat still on, dodging kids, double-undering around strollers in my vibram five fingers. Let's just say I forgot to start the timer and I have a blood blister on my toe. "Cooked" .... haha I was "well done" after that work out. :)
