  3. Light workout for me today. Just getting back into it. Feels good to almost be back at 100%! Also feels good to do WOD's again...we it doesn't really feel good. But I'm happy to be able to work out again. YEW!!!!

    did the WOD yesterday 17th...8 rounds even, with a too small kettlebell and green then green plus yellow band for strict pullups!
