Light workout for me today. Just getting back into it. Feels good to almost be back at 100%! Also feels good to do WOD's again...we it doesn't really feel good. But I'm happy to be able to work out again. YEW!!!!

worked on power cleans 53-63-73-73-83did the WOD yesterday 17th...8 rounds even, with a too small kettlebell and green then green plus yellow band for strict pullups!
