WOD - 20100713












Cara Hipskind - CrossFit Santa Cruz

For time:
250 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
40 Toes to bar
60 Kettlebell swings, 32kg

Women scale to 155lb and 20kg kettlebells.  I will be at the hardstand gym at 0600, but don't know if i will make the 1700 class.  If i am not there, have fun without me.

    Working on my swing for the toe to bar...too much time but I got them all in ones and twos.

    Still struggling to link efficient strings of toes to bar. Get a lot of swing on the way down.

  5. I had to up it a little since I am a big boy. Deads were 315 and the rest was RX'd. A sloppy 17:20. Grip was wasted!!
