For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Proof of good form on the deadlift

You must complete all 100 reps of one exercise before moving on to the next.  I'll be at the Hardstand at 0600 and 1700 with bands and rings for scaling.
