Press

Use 70% of your one rep max and rest one minute between lifts.

Followed by

Tabata
Three rounds of Tabata double unders resting four minutes between rounds

Post press weight and lowest number of double unders in a round to comments.

i'll be at the hardstand gym at 0600 and again at 1700.
