WOD - 20100816

"Barbara"
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.


Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Sorry folks, no morning classes for the next couple of weeks unless someone else steps up...i'm going on vacation.  1700 should still be good, but watch comments and see if anyone changes the times.  i won't post meeting times until i get back, you'll have to coordinate on your own.

  2. I think the rounds are supposed to be timed individually, but the math was far too complicated, so:

    30:58 (first three rounds were strict pull-ups)

    -and that was the shortest "precise 3 minutes" of rest in my entire life...

  5. Just started doing the wod's from this site... this looked pretty easy but was not!
    my time was 28:12 total with 3 min rest between rounds... kipping pullups
    pushups killed me at the end
