WOD - 20110517



Max Effort Back Squat

Find your current 1RM back squat and knock out at least five total sets of one rep at 90% or more.

Followed by -

60m Shuttle Run

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

  2. I tied my previous PR for my 1RM Back Squat at 275lbs. I forgot to do the 5 sets at 90%.

    My runs, well I finished FIRST in each shuttle run, except the next to last one because I tried changing my push off leg, LOL!!!

    Another awesome turnout today, keep up the great work everyone!!!

  4. Same as Kim and I'm getting frustrated for not being able to go heavier! My pr was once 175 and I cannot seem to get that number anymore!

  6. Practiced form for back squat. Able to do 103 lbs, but squat wasn't low enough. Took it down to 83 lbs and did sets of 2.

  9. Got this one done last night...155lbs...not a PR, but I was kind of timid doing this one on my own. Didn't do the shuttle runs but did do double unders.
