20 Squats
30 Double Unders
For the deadlifts, use a weight equal to your body weight. If you cannot do double unders, substitute no push up burpees or 4:1 ratio of single unders.

toby, i wouldn't mind seeing some ring dips, true push-ups, supine ring rows...but you are the man so whatever you think we need

ReplyDeleteMissed yesterday's WOD so I took a crack at it after today's WOD. 2 rounds and those Dead lifts were talking to me so I threw in the towel.
