I've pretty much been taking it easy this past month as I've been on leave and TDY for the majority of the time, but I wanted to let you know that I just signed up for the Fit as F*ck CrossFit competition in Copenhagen on 25 Sep. I am officially representing CF Mildenhall, so I'm going to start hitting it hard again to make sure I am adequately prepared. There are already 140+ male competitors signed up including some CF Games participants. It should be a great time.

I had 5 or 6 misses on the Dub's and I still PR'd.
