i'll be at the Hardstand at 0600 and 1700...we'll probably have to do these one or two at a time in the weight area. If anyone has any other ideas, please post to comments.

Nat- The POC for Knights in Blue for SF is Kazmierski, Thomas J TSgt USAF USAFE 100 SFS/SF1\SFMQ, who is TDY right now, but will be back mid-month. The alternate is SSgt Baker, Daniel. Hope this helps.

ReplyDeleteWhat does everyone do about calluses on their hands? I have a Pedegg and something similar to a pedegg but they both are hard to shave my hands smooth.
Lotion usually helps soften the skin. I try to put lotion on my hands as often as I can remember!!

They sell a similar "heel to toe" callus remover at the BX. It works best if you use it immediately after a doing a few Pull-Ups/DL's/KB swings (or other grip intensive motion).
