Back Box Squat
2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
Perform ten sets of two reps at 65% of 1RM of below parralel box squats with 45 seconds rest between sets.


Followed by -

Five rounds for time
10 Pull Ups
10 Toes to Bar

I'll be at the Hardstand at 0600 and 1700...Post weight and time to comments.

  2. Made a mistake last night and put 20 reps instead of 10 for the MetCon...if you did 20 already (k8), then you are a stud! Sorry

    Back Box Squats- 105 lbs.
    METCON- 7:46 (1/2 jumping, 1/2 pulling pull ups and kneew to elbows)

    105bls Metcon: 8:41 (I think)(1st round kippin pull ups, other rounds: jumping pullups).
    Question:
    Is there any way to help with the pull bar. It is too thick for our little hands and I do realize we can't take it down and replace it. But is there something we could do to strengthen our grip?

    As rx'd 5:35 my hands kept sliding off the bar... didn't want to fall on my ass in the gym!
