- warmup w/ 1X10 @ 35%, 1X8 @ 45%
- sets should be 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%, and 80% 1RM

AMRAP in 5 min of:
Double Unders - sub w/ singles
3 Burpees at every break in Dubs
- start doing dubs, if you break intentionally or unintentionally, do 3 burpees, resume dubs, repeat
Record Squat sets, # of dubs, and # of burpees
