WOD - 20100904


Back Box Squat
2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Perform ten sets of two reps at 60% of 1RM of below parralel box squats with 60 seconds rest between sets.

Followed by -

AMRAP in 6 minutes of - 
5 Bodyweight Deadlifts
10 Lateral Jumping Burpees

We're meeting at the front of the Hardstand gym at 0900.
