WOD - 20100921


Max Effort Jerk
Take thirty minutes to find your 1RM jerk and then complete at least four single reps at 90%.  You can perform the lift from the rack and make it a push jerk or split jerk either in front or behind the back.

Followed by -

AMRAP in 4 minutes of
5 Push Ups
20 Squats

I'll be at the hardstand at 0600, but the 1700 class is on your own...good luck and post weights and rounds/reps to comments
