Push Press

Complete three reps of 55% of your 1RM every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

Followed by -

For time 21-15-9
Handstand Pushups
135lb Cleans (Squat Cleans)

i'll be at the Hardstand at 0600 and 1700.  Post weights and time to comments.
