WOD - 20100928

Ten rounds for time of:
135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
15 push-ups


i'll be at the Hardstand (HAWC) at 0600, but you're on your own at 1700.

  1. Chief, what was my weight? I can't remember for sure, but I came up with 92lbs, is that right? (women's bar+green plates+15lbw)

  3. 65-lb deadlifts, inclined pushups, 7+15 in 13:40-ish. Stopped to avoid re-injuring my shoulder
