WOD - 20101009

Max Effort Bench Press

Warm up then increase resistance using sets of three reps until failure, then using single reps til failure, then complete at least four single reps at over 90% of your 1RM.

Followed by -

50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Push Ups

Post weights and times to comments...i'll try to be at the Northside at 10, but no promises.
