WOD - 20101019


Deadlift

Warm up and take as much time as you like to go for a new 1RM for the deadlift...goal is to lift the heaviest single rep you can.  i'll be at the Hardstand at 0600, but not at 1700.

  1. Got up to 155 just fine, then tried 177 and failed. Too worried about my back.

    Then did 30 DL @ 111 lbs? in about 2.5 minutes, then went to the gym and worked on double unders/pullups/squats
