Complete Two Rounds of

AMRAP in 3 minutes of
10 Push Ups
20 Squats

Rest 1 minute then

AMRAP in 3 minutes of
10 Sit Ups
20 Double Unders

Rest 1 minute then

AMRAP in 3 minutes of
10 Burpees
60 Yard Shuttle Run

Rest 1 minute 

I'll be at the Northside at 1600 if you want help timing yourselves...post rounds/reps for each effort to comments.

    2: 3+3, 2+25, 2+10 (no yards)

    Total (for my records)
    Push Ups - 81
    Squats - 140
    Sit ups - 50
    Double Unders - 95
    Burpees - 50
    Yards - 260
