WOD - 20101013

Snatch Balance

Followed by -

AMRAP in 6 minutes of
10 Handstand Push Ups
20 Wall Balls (20/14)

I will be at the Hardstand Gym at 0600 (HAWC) and 1700 to help those that want it.  Post weights of best seven lifts and rounds/reps to comments.  Hope to see you all there, it's been too long away!

    I don't think I'm able to make the 0600 class anymore. My husband starts work earlier now and I cannot leave the kiddos alone for an hour while we're both gone so early. I'm thinking about coming at 0930 if it is possible, i.e. can I use the equipment if noone else shows up? Anybody else interested in joining me at that time??

  3. Either 99 or 100 lbs just not sure if I was using a 44lb or 45lb bar at the end.

  4. Kim, even if you used the 33 lb. bar, I think you did 110 lbs. Didn't you use the green plates and the speckled plates? They're 10 kg and 5 kg and the smaller bar is 20 kg. That's 50 kg. x 2.2. Either way, you did awesome!!

  5. Kim, i can't remember the plate congiguration, but the big bar was 20kg (44lbs) and the small one 15kg (33lbs).
