10 Box Jumps
15 Knees to Elbows

urg! Push-ups! I'm currently attending the NCOA where the Commandant has a PT challenge. At a minimum each person must do per week: 400 push-ups, 400 sit-ups, and run 9 miles.
ReplyDeleteThose numbers are the bare minimum per week. The individual with highest numbers at the end of week 5 gets an award. Today was day 1 of the challenge and I did 640 push-ups; 100 sit-ups; 6 miles. I know, I slacked on the sit-ups, but time is precious here.
