Max Effort Jerk
Take thirty minutes to find your 1RM jerk and then complete at least four single reps at 90%. You can perform the lift from the rack and make it a push jerk or split jerk either in front or behind the back.
Followed by -
AMRAP in 4 minutes of
5 Push Ups
20 Squats
I'll be at the hardstand at 0600, but the 1700 class is on your own...good luck and post weights and rounds/reps to comments
Heading to London for the day; unable to do the ME. However, I plan on doing the AMRAP in front Buckingham Palace. I'll post a video if I get'er done.
