Five Rounds for Time -

Run 400m
10 Push Press (135lb/95lb)
10 Clapping Push Ups
10 Squats
10 Box Jumps (24"/20")

    my clapping push up were wack...everything else was as Rx'd. They were hard after push-press @ 135lbs. I felt like a seal flapping his fins!
