WOD - 20110326


21-15-9 reps of:

225 pound Deadlift
135 pound Overhead squat

Scale to 155/95 for women or less if need be.  Compare to main site WOD for 20110325...post time to comments.

  7. Couldn't do this WOD... so I made up one that was just as bad:

    AMRAP in 10 minutes:
    -10 DL's @ 225 lbs
    -3 HSPU's (on Paralletes)
    -3 Muscle Ups (on pullup bar)

    5 Rounds + 11 reps

    ~then~

    1RM Strict Press - 165 lbs
    1RM Push Press - 200 lbs (new pr)
