WOD - 20110508

Rest day!

I'm at the airport in Athens so no pictures, but today marks one year from the first WOD I posted for CFM. I would like to say thanks to everyone that's been a part of this crazy ride. As I read the comments today for "murph", all I could think of is how many of us would ever have dreamed of being able to complete such a workout before CrossFit. I'm proud of all of you, thanks for being part of the team!

  1. Thanks, Toby for making CrossFit Mildenhall what it is. I've learned a ton from you and gained a new passion. You're right...there's NO way I could have done this WOD before starting CrossFit, and I thought I was in pretty good shape! Heck, I was questioning this WOD even as I was in the middle of doing it, but I feel a great sense of accomplishment for getting through it. Happy Anniversary CrossFit Mildenhall!!

  9. I had Paul's number today but tied him with a 6:40, PR'd by 5 secs, LOL!!! Definitely could have beat his time, had two misses on the Dubs and I had done a short ab routine the day before so my abs were a bit sore doing this. I'll get you next time Mayo!!!
