WOD #1: C&J (+1 each min) - 8 rounds + 6, although my jerk began to look more like a push pressWOD #2: 10 min AMRAP: 10 Bulgarian squats (w/ 10# in ea hand), 10 ring dips - 7 rounds + 6
WOD #1 10 rounds as RX'DWOD #2 6 rounds flat. Ring dips w/purple band and 15 lbs for B.Lunges.Good time all!
Yeah we had fun. Saturdays are usually pretty fun and laid back. Big WOD's this week...
