Workout 1:
Complete in any order or breakdown…
75 Thrusters 35/25kg
75 Burpee bar hop-overs
75 Pull-ups

We will meet up at 0600 and 1700.

  5. 33:46 - started with 45#, moved to 32# after 50 reps - went between black and green band for PU.

  6. 21:43 with 45 lbs and purple band for the first four rounds, then i hit my chin on the bar and knocked my teeth good and added the clearish tan band as well for the last rounds. i'm turning into a regular clutz these days.
