33:46 - started with 45#, moved to 32# after 50 reps - went between black and green band for PU.
21:43 with 45 lbs and purple band for the first four rounds, then i hit my chin on the bar and knocked my teeth good and added the clearish tan band as well for the last rounds. i'm turning into a regular clutz these days.
and i'm off to the states and feeling like I'm going to be missing out on some good WODs, so you'll have to keep them coming when i get back too!!! :)
