Skill Work:
Medicine Ball Cleans

15 min AMRAP.

Shuttle Run
9 Toes to bar
15 wall balls

We are meeting at the Hardstand gym at 0600 and 1630. The element class will meet at 1630 at the Crossfit Gym.

  5. Kim, we think the shuttle run total is around 80 meters. so break 80 up in three sections.

  6. whoops...guess I should have checked the website earlier, I checked in the crossfit gym realized noone was there and just came home, duhhh anyway did 100 jump ropes (instead of run) toes to bar and couldn't do wall balls so did 20lb kettle ball swings instead x 7 rounds

  12. Used a 20# Wallball.

    7 complete rounds and a shuttle run to the red and then the blue line before time expired.

    Great WOD!!!

    Katie used a 10# Wallball and completed 5 rounds plus shuttle run and 9 knee raises.
