  1. Etant donne que c'est devenu un groupe international, je vais ecrire mes commentaires en francais vu que tout le monde s'en fou de toute facon!! J'essaierai de venir mais peux rien promettre comme mon corps a besoin de recuperer de tous ces jours sans beaucoup de sommeil. A demain, peut etre.

    I'm not really sure where my first set started, but I think it went a little something like this, and Erica, you can correct me if I'm wrong because I saw you writing it all down in your trusty pad.

    1st round-63
    2nd round-73
    3rd round-93
    4th round-113
    5th round-123 (my last back squat max! How exciting!)

    and then just for fun, I did 133 once! and it WAS fun! :)
