WOD - 20101007

Jerk
3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Perform three reps or any kind of jerk (push, split, behind the back) at no more than 60% of your 1RM for eight sets with 45 seconds rest between sets

Followed by -

Six rounds for time - 
10 Pull Ups
15 Push Ups
