WOD - 20101018

Clean and Jerk

Warm up, then with a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Followed by -

15 minutes of snatch practice.  If you are feeling strong and form is good, you can go for a new 1RM.  If you are still working on being comfortable with the movement, then use light weight or a training bar to practice the snatch.

i'll be at the Hardstand at 0600 but i can't make it at 1700.  Post rounds completed for the C&J to comments.
