Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

    Saw you were in DC. Are you still here? I wish I knew that, you could've done a wod at my box- Crossfit Capital Jiu-Jitsu! I coach the Monday and Friday 6am and Tuesdays at 1pm! Hope all is well over there. I miss Mildenhall every day :)
